Soundz good. (no pun intended). Most likely I will go again next Sat or Sun with a friend depending on weather. I will post it.

This weekend is not good for me as Six Pack race is on Sunday. But I could do the Sat after.

My skinny wheell is sick need surgery so i leave them at halter's hospital.
meanwhile my trusted steel steed 29er singular become medicine for curing my century fever.
rode with bunch of good ol folks from BTCNJ.
pace wasn't so crazy we were averaging 17-19 on flats.so it,s a lil bit though for me to hang but once we hit climbs i always reel them in again.

Nice ride Kevin. That Uhlerstown Hill Road Climb after the Covered bridge is a bitch. Went up that for the first time last weekend. By the looks of it, you flew up that thing.

I'll take some pics when not suffering  or when I fall off the bike from altitude sickness

Today was the hardest day for me with 4 repeats of Bear and reversing back to Tiorati and welch beach. I think I need a 30 or a 32 cassette in the back. 28 is not cutting it after 2 days of climbing.

for training purpose 28t is way to go,then when your off to europe you might want to switch with 32t or higher.

Yesterday did my first Century ever on the road. Left my home in Portland PA around 6am with plans (and time allowance) for about 90 miles. Had a course planned but once I hit 90 I had to go for the extra 10. I weaved around the back roads near my house to get the extra miles. Its amazing how much you can see on a single ride, I visited multiple places that I used to frequent as a child. Feeling the ride today in the arms and shoulders. I'm guessing its from all the time I spent in the drops. I'm looking forward to doing a 100 with some friends to see how much faster/easier it will be sharing the workload.

thats exactly the reason why i'm doing long ride
to see new places and scenery in differents country.

good job. and the next one would be far more easier and suddenly 100miles doesnt seem that far anymore, and after that you'll wanting more and farter.

Banged this one out Saturday with Dustin and Mark W. Starting from my house in Lambertville. A little bit of my go-to, post work loop as well as the entire Covered Bridge Tour route and then some. Several extended climbs as well as a million shorter punchy ones. Quiet roads and beautiful scenery.
