5/20 - A classic "31/31" ride...

With rain predicted for the afternoon, I decided to get up as the ass-crack of dawn and get my hour in before work.

Sunrise over the river rarely disappoints...

At least they tried? 😕

I've often wondered in a vanlifer could boondock overnight in the Bristol municipal lot as long as you only stayed one night. This New Yorker seemed to make it work:

There's a strong chance tomorrow will be a deja' vu of this since I will be travelling to Mass in the afternoon/evening.

Day 4 of 20/31. Got out early, the air was cool and used the 1hr ride as a warmup for a cardio circuit. Did run/walk intervals for warmup last week, now my knee feels wonky. Tried to ride the tracks to shorten the mileage on the road, but didn't seem like it was going to work. Was trying to go from Bound Brook at the Circle to New Brunswick Road in Pway. Riding in the tracks didn't seem like a good idea and there wasn't a real rideable line along side. Any track riding pointers @jimvreeland?
