I have been telling myself this, but every time I set the alarm before 6:00 a.m. it doesn't end well...last year I started motivated and then crashed and burned rather quickly...not a reason not to try gain this year.It’s 60 minutes, every day. Not 60 consecutive minutes mind you, so 30 min before work and 30 after (or any other configuration) qualifies.
Take a look at @stb222 strava feed some time. His daily rides are long done before the world wakes up.
Just had an idea...twin challenge. Two partecipating riders must ride at the same time, either same location or different location but at the same time, time valid for the challenge is only the time both were on the bike according to strava...
