1 of the 2 is probably me... I am also a retired antique and loving it! Shhh don't tell anybody....Never busy. I ride there several times a week. Usually I cross paths with 1 or 2 riders but I’m there midday since I’m an retired antique.
I’ll keep an eye out for you. Maybe we can find more antiques. I know very few who a still riding.1 of the 2 is probably me... I am also a retired antique and loving it! Shhh don't tell anybody....
If you go before 8am during the week you'll probably see me. I typically only see one solo hiker on blue and 2 women walking dogs on red.How busy have the trails been lately? I haven't been since Covid started...
Ok, thanksThere is a windy section of the path along the river towards van nest that has eroded edges, which are also a bit overgrown and the kids might not see the edge - can potentially end up in the water if not careful. Regarding the tree down, it's a bit further east from what's shown above, but can easily walk bike over or less easily ride over so not a problem. Now that I think about it I seem to recall the eroded edge is just west of the fallen tree.
Thanks! The kids had trouble with that one this morning.Did a little ride around the park today. Cut out one tree on red between West picnic and the marina. Some overgrowth and some trees down here and there but overall, it's in pretty good shape. View attachment 135965View attachment 135966View attachment 135967
Yeah. It was right on a curve so I could see that. Took me probably 20 minutes or so to make the 2 cuts with my little handsaw. My arms were blown out after that! Thanks! The kids had trouble with that one this morning.
.....have gone to MCP almost every weekend, except when it was closed...also went to the Bluffs in S Jersey...as the Bluffs are a Conservacy they are not subject to executive orders. ..How busy have the trails been lately? I haven't been since Covid started...
