Day 11/21

Although it didn’t count here I did an hour on zwift yesterday after I missed my only window to ride due to the pop up random showers.
Today got out for the WFH ride with the regulars. It was sure hot and hazy and we kept thinking foggy until I realized when we got back it was the smoke from Canada again.
Already Calculating that I can only miss a few more days to actually make it to 21 have to stay on my game. Might require a few pre work rides to make it too.

17. Got my hour in and more…then hit something that caused my 2 day old tubeless road tires to rip a significant hole in the sidewall. I apparently didn’t replace my bacon strips in my repair kit. Threw grass and mud in the hole. But still didn’t seal. Ripped the tires off. Took the strength of Zeus to get the bead off. Threw a tube in and it folded on itself, so it caused a huge bump on every wheel rotation. Stopped, ripped the tire off again. Fixed it. CO2 bc my pump was pissing me off. Leaked right out. Gave up after 40 minutes of riding for a half mile then going flat. Called the wife and walked to the local corner store to get a powerball ticket because luck has to be up after this. https://strava.app.link/6ZxTgT2uwBb

Day 18 and another dawn patrol on the bike I plan to use Sat. Been mostly riding the geared HT and rigid SS.

First of all, thank you for doing this. Second, my ride that you have on 7/14 is actually for 7/17. I skipped 7/14-7/16 so I am in the 21 group now
