I have always liked the Faustino I wines. There's so much age on each release, its already deep in the earthy secondary sous bois thing which stands in stark contrast to the usual jammy spanish wines. I think i have an '01 rolling around the cellar still.Paired it up with the ham and lentil soup.
Color is changing as it is a bit past its prime.
Worth the shelf price if you see it - just to switch things up.
