What wine are you drinking now?

We don’t drink white often but this French white (left) paired incredibly well with sea bass tonite. But the real show stopper is the 1965 Spanish dessert wine (wife’s birth year) which is still going strong 3 weeks post b-day.

Paired it up with the ham and lentil soup.
Color is changing as it is a bit past its prime.
Worth the shelf price if you see it - just to switch things up.

I have always liked the Faustino I wines. There's so much age on each release, its already deep in the earthy secondary sous bois thing which stands in stark contrast to the usual jammy spanish wines. I think i have an '01 rolling around the cellar still.
