Really hard to pick a favorite because this was not a comparative tasting. We took customers to Park City to visit HW and we drank 4 bttls each over several days:That must’ve been a great testing! When professional chef neighbors invite you for dinner, it’s yes please.
Other neighbor is in the spirits business, so it was all pretty good.
In the mix was some Brazilian bubbly.
They were trying to get a market going in NYC when the partners decided the money was better in petroleum.
Left them with a warehouse of it.
It’s now 10 years old, it’s matured snd mellowed nicely, goes with damn near anything.
