Thanks - on a newer used car that I intend to keep for a while, it makes sense to me to pay the extra up front with CPO. I got this one in 2016 coming off a lease it only had 34K miles on it. at the time, the same car without a CPO was probably about 2-3K less depending where I was shopping around.
Of course this was all pre COVID where everything was negotiable and anyone who tried one of those crazy dealer markups was shamed into submission. Hence why I can't afford to replace this right now.
I will consider myself more lucky then smart this time, but you better believe my next newer used car will also have a CPO.

When your used Top Fuel with a new frame arrives damaged.

I first gasped in horror and then fainted. I'm confused by the 'used top fuel with a new frame' phrasing...any possible recourse toward the seller?
It was replacement frame that he got warrantied.
He refunded $500. I'll buy some silver touch-up paint

That was an expensive packaging error. Glad he owned up to it and you did not the shaft. Is this the new top fuel?

Quad and dirt bikes activity up and down my road and leading to the park is off the charts these days. Really annoying, even just the sound of it.
It's a 2021 model. Front triangle is black rear is silver. He couldn't get them the same color.

On my drive to Allaire today I was hit by a piece of wood (I think) that fell from a dump truck that was traveling in the opposite direction. At 50mph on rt601 it made a mess of the windshield. I didn't make it to Allaire.
Fortunately my bike was inside my car and not on the rack.

pictures not working here, but glad it was just a windshield, they are quick/easy to replace.

hes recovered now. and not really an option in my household, as my wife and I are the primary caretakers for her 82 year old mom and we can risk bringing that to her at her new assisted living place.
