saddles - same for road and mtn bike?

I spend more time on my road bike saddle (fizik aliante) seated than I do on my MTB saddle....Im more in and out of the saddle on my mtb so I dont look for the same quality/comfort/cost in my MTB saddle...but thats just me

it's a curious idea, but for now, I'm just using whatever default saddle comes with the bike(s) .. don't have too much saddle issues, esp on mtb bike

I use different ones, because would be a pain in the ass (no pun intended) switching it from bike to bike for every ride 🙄

I use the same Bontrager RXL seat on all my bikes. They stopped making it a couple years ago and I buy them whenever I find one😀

I had the default bontrager saddle on my madone until today. I liked it but then I found something I simply could not resist: carbon. Orange. Faux cow fur. Bam!

Hopefully it's kind to my taint.

I recently found a seat for my mtn bike that I really liked instantly. I had a "road" seat on my road bike and decided to go with the same kind of seat on that I found for the mtn bike on the road bike and at first it felt really weird and I was pretty sure I was going to go back to the original road seat. However after a few rides I guess my butt got adjusted to it and it seems fine now so I now have the same seat on both road and (2) mtn bikes.
