Halter's Cycles

Jason is known to be crazy like that; and that has been very contagious and Chris has fallen victim to that disease of 'generosity'. Now that I think of it, they are all crazy like that. One of the best shops in New Jersey I tell you.

As most people already know, Halters is an awsome shop. Its not the closest shop to me, but I always make the trip there because of the service. I’m writing this review because I owe Jay some props. I went in there looking for a bike light. I was interested in the Light and Motion SECA lights. I asked him if he had any to demo and he said he didn't have any demo lights. Then he said I could borrow his personal SECA 700 and 1400 for the weekend. I don’t know many shops that would do that. So to show my appretiation I figured I would write a review to let people about another good experience at Halters.

Thanks Jay

+1 for Halter's

J at Halters helped me with a fitting. Great job. Lots of stuff I did not know. Give them a try.

Noper. But I can certainly bring some in for you.

j
So sweet. Didnt know you held me so close to your heart.

If you really could that would be great. 5.10 impact 2 low. Can you bring in 9 & 9.5?

I think you can sell platform style shoes. You sell the hell out of anything haha

had a great experience here the other day - as soon as i came in one of the staff started talking with me about a fat tire mukluk - got me crusin in the parking lot - bike was a lot of fun - could see one in my future - place was super busy but jdog stopped by as i was checking out tires and chatted about 700 tire selection 23s v 25s for a quick minute which was cool

j - i ended up w the 23s even though you were talkin up the bens of the 25s - i will have to try some in the future

anyway - this is the shop of shops imo - i also hit up the bike rack in hightstown and planet bike in EB from time to time and enjoy those shops as well but this is a great shop to go to

Also, big shout out to Jay at Halter's for sponsoring Walter's No Frills Short Track Series with some swag to handout as well as the prizes for the women's series winners.

Thanks Jay!
