Yes that’s a new JORBA shirt

That is a well from the revolutionary war that I featured last year when it was knocked over by a FedEx truck. Just refurbished this week

Thanks to MTBNJ and Halters for running the event. This is my sixth year in a row.

Thanks to Casinonorth for keeping stats.

Congratulations to all who completed their goals.

I’m at 146 days - shooting for 200.

I'm not looking to validate it, I don't want a prize even if I earned it. Just used this as some motivation to push myself in some uncomfortable situations to ride.

All good, still an awesome job!

Posting in this thread is half the fun for this challenge IMO. It becomes it's own little community in here, was happy to keep track and be a small part of it.

@GSTim got it. The missing day is June.

Yeah he definitely rode all the days but I think technically posting your rides/photos in this thread is a part of the rules. I also have no way of validating JORBA status so who knows how the whole prize thing is going down.

July 31

1hr, 56min.

I completed the 31/31 this evening with another ride down to Califon and back.

Congratulations to all who completed their goal of 21/31 or 31/31!!

Fortunately, the air quality was not too bad in July, and only seemed to be rated as moderately unhealthy only a few days.

Thanks to @jdog for orchestrating this annual challenge, and also for @Cassinonorth for tracking participation and progress from each participant's Strava output.

Todays ride with a lion along the route. Pictures of other lions seen this month. The last lion was seen at The Capital Grille last Friday night and is included to complete the set.

You might be mistaking the missing day for a skilled ride but that was June if you look closely. 🤷🏻‍♂️ Looks like 31/31 to me.

Negative, I know he rode all the days. I was referring to the post in the thread rule... But it's not my contest, not my shop, and not my rules so I'm not making any decisions whatsoever, just handing it off to the powers that be.

Hopefully J sees this this lol

Day 23 of 21
1:00:57

Didn’t think work was going to let me top off the month of rides even if I was already past 21 but with todays weather I HAD to get out.

I only had an hour and a bit more to get dressed out the door and get back before my next work call. Had everything staged and flew out the door and onto the bike so fast I didn’t even wear my riding gloves. Felt weird and then I realized how sticky my shifter hood are (eww).

On the riding part I was surprised how good my legs felt after another week Where I did 6 of 7 days and today was 6 in a row from last week.

Congrats to everyone who made their goal whatever it was. I know technically I was probably the least compliant to the rules with all my road rides but I did get out on the MTB a few times at Dickerson and a few gravel rides too. I plan to continue the early Wednesday morning rides as much as possible before back to school season and until it starts getting too dark. I didn’t really lose or gain any weight but this is typically one of the bigger riding months of the year for me.

Major kudos to @Cassinonorth for keeping track of we are ever riding together one day i am happy to buy you a post ride beverage or meal.

Thanks to @jdog for sponsoring. I don’t recall
If I qualify for anything like a prize but whatever it is please donate it to the next kid or family that buys a bike or any bike related equipment from the shop.

Special recognition to @Robin for not only riding only the MTB but doing so at 21 different parks. Amazing.

And lastly it’s already been said but @Piston Honda is hands down the award for most creative and hilarious posts and videos.

The countdown to BIYF 2023-2024 begins now. That’s a …

First congrats to those wrapping this up.

@Robin gets the most credit for traveling all over the state and then some.

@Piston Honda was skeptical in the beginning and about being able to juggle this and a newborn. Yet made it all happen, provide a ton of content, and gain a few extra IG followers.

Due to my late start, I'll be there at 31 in a row this Friday.

(27/31) Slow high cadence efforts to spin out the calves.

If everyone wants to total their trail systems up I'll add it to the spreadsheet....there's no way I'm going through 40 pages to do it, sorry lol.
