Day 30, 1 more to go. Slept in this morning after having a bit too much fun patio sitting, visiting Tonewood and the local tavern. Thanks to JORBA for the repair station at Croft Farm trails.

Got a half hour in with the kids at fasola park (they were way more interested in playing than riding). Then, luckily, my wife was able to come home for a bit and I was able to get the second half hour done. Had to stay close cause she could get called back in at any time. Only one more day and I can go back to being a lazy slob😂.

Ride 24/21
Heavy parenting weekend but was able to sneak out before dinner for some dirt. Originally planned on Creek laps but the day got away from me, and I had to keep it close and quick.
Switchblade is really starting to feel dialed in.

Day 31 and that's a wrap. Last dawn patrol of this July. Congrats to all the other participants. I'm going to take a day off tomorrow. As a LWC sticker says: #killingyourselftolive

Day 22 of 21 (bonus ride!)

Got a nice group of 4 together for a spectacular weather gravel ride. Temps were perfect and blue skies all around us. Even stayed a little cloudy for parts of the ride and only got a little warm on the 10 miles of climbing we did on the way back.
Had the gang over my house after the ride so we could swim eat and drink. One of the guys brought over some killer craft beers. I made us some cheeseburgers and snacks. Great day for a ride and to hang out and chill after.
The only downside was something is up with my rear der again (this is a replacement ) and my chain kept dropping off the lower cog of the der. I think this bike finally needs a tear down and reassembly and get all the parts soaked and cleaned.

The reward is in the doing…. I had a blast. Thx again to @jdog for coming up with this nutty idea in the first place and his continued support. Thx @Cassinonorth for selflessness throughout this endeavor. Thx and congrats to all the participants, ya’all make this fun. As the great philosopher “Tigger” says “TTFN (ta ta for now)”.

Ride #30
Forgot to post yesterday. Rode MTB trails in Tallahassee called Tom Brown. Very fun for the terrain. Lots of small ups and downs, skinnies, wooden feature, bridges and drops. This is the 7th park I have ridden in Florida and I've been impressed with all of them. Florida does not disappoint!

30. Decided ride Trexler in PA and then visit my sister and niece/nephew. My girls were heading into the city with Grammy, so I had a free day. Amazing weather. You couldn't ask for better temperatures. My body has definitely become accustomed to the hot temperatures since I actually felt a bit chilly. The bison were out. Momma was snorting at her calf to get nearer as I approached the fence. Truly amazing creatures. https://strava.app.link/7ETFnLoNSBb
