Day 8/31-ish
Burke downhill park. Two parts. I paused for some of the lift up but my watch broke and it was in my pocket and I forgot to do it for all the up and gave up trying. Also I crashed and my Garmin paused so I lost a little in there. Hopefully between the two of these, it counts for an hour.

Down the shore for some family beach time. Took the pup for her first trip to the ocean She wasn’t crazy about the waves.
Island beach start park south to the end then north to seaside and back south to the parking lot. Serious climbing.

Day 8 - Oak Ridge / Brightwood loop
