By this weekend, 6MR should be fully navigable by canoe or kayak.

Love to see what the Yellow trail looks like!

Just got back from six mile a few hours ago. It's still slick in some sections but the 27 side is surprisingly dry. As Lisa and I were riding on the red trail about 100 feet to canal road I noticed a tree stump was on fire. We quickly rode to the park ranger station and walked with them to the spot. They used a whole fire extinguisher to put it out. Mountain bikers 1 - six mile 0

That's a pretty good encore after yesterday. Any pics of this?

Unfortunately we didn't bring any type of picture taking devices with us. However, we ran into Lou before he hit up the white trail and he told us he would take some of the aftermath.

Lou, this is when you would post up that picture...

Took my dog with me for a ride on 27 side after work. Weather couldn't have been better. Its been a long wait this winter and was awesome to get out there. Besides a few soft spots, it was perfect. Too bad more rain this week.

I too went for a much needed ride on the 27 side last night. conditions were great, a few soft spots. overall a good ride and glad to be back out on the bike
