well, it's freezing today so i got on the spin bike for 45 minutes. i was out of the saddle for a lot of it...no idea on the exact number. it's not the three hour wonder rides that sean gets in, but hey, at least i'm on a "bike". i really wanted to ride outside today but common sense got the better of me.

one thing i've noticed is that keeping this up to date has helped me tremendously with my focus. i guess public humiliation really is a great motivator.
 
another six-A spin bike class today...40 minutes. most likely nothing tomorrow since i'm OOTO on biz in kansas city.
 
i didn't get to class this am b/c the wife has one of her friends here (she has a 11 month old) and i didn't want to wake anyone up at 5:30. so, went a little later, did some benching, a few other things then got on the bike for 40 minutes. been hitting the spin bike pretty consistently now since the begining of jan and i'm starting to feel like a hampster in a wheel. i need to get outside more.
 
AON, [size=+2]WORD![/size] tomorrow i'm going to KVSP. lower needle, needle, switch then the lake. maybe the red loop.
