How you like the Canyon? That the Ultimate or Endurance? Been looking closer at their road offering lately.

It's the Endurace CF 8 (mechanical Ultegra). Just one ride on it so far, but I'm liking it. Has a quicker feel that a lot of endurance bikes I've tried. I did size down for a more race-y feel and it seems to be the right call for me. Nice solid and smooth feel on the descents. Plenty of tire clearance, so I may even throw some gravel at it.

And that is why I am staying out of the woods at the moment. I clearly don't pay attention. Fortunately I didn't touch those plants.
Except I am going in the woods tomorrow and Saturday. I'll just order some more Calamine right now.

Took the hard tail and figured if 6mile didn’t work out would burn some miles on the towpath. Started at the canal lot and and wasn’t bad at the start. Further in more puddles and peanut butter. Bailed onto Blackwells Mill Road at the anal bridge. Headed south on the towpath and received a client call. Was going slow while talking and realizing it would be a long call headed back to blackwells mill parking lot to setup shop at a picnic table. Sometimes it takes almost 2.5-hrs to complete at 85-min 13-mile ride.
Got back in time to mow the lawn before dark so at least I got that going for me.

Day 20 - Meander local loop - changed plan multiple times for a short ride.
Riding time was over an hour but I may have had a little extra time retrieving my MTB from the back yard after earlier cleaning.
