What have you done to your bike today?

First shake down run on the new all-purpose bike. Loving the discs and Di2.

Thanks @szymon and @Kirt for the great deals.

I see you!

nice shot.

Finally finished the pump track/DJ bike. It had been sitting in the garage needing just the chain, cutting the steering tube and brake bleeding for I don’t know how long but definitely months. That is the thing I hate most about myself, it took me a whole 20 minutes to do all that and yet a couldn’t get my ass to do it…never mind, it’s done!

Nice color, when and where is the shake down ride?

Not what I did technically (I paid) but what the awesome folks at Bicycle Workshop in Tenafly did to my bike. As always a great experience with their much appreciated knowledge!

Anywho, a lower leg service and new SKF seals. I was genuinely surprised how much smoother it rides. Well worth the price of admission and future admission. And it seems I am using more of the travel at the same PSI setting.

My Surly Straggler all warshed up & getting dropped of at Halter's for it's face-lift.

I'm putting some bendy (Mary) bars on it, brake levers, shifter, new cables/housings & going back to the steel fork. I'll be selling the 1× Rival shifters, Zipp bars and Whisky fork 😊

This beauty has a touch over 13,000 miles on it...

Found out I have a blown piston on my new XT 4 piston rear brake. Fortunately I have a spare, and I've contacted the place I bought it from about a replacement. Brakes have been a bit mushy since the install and subsequent bleed, this would explain it lol
