First ride on the new tires and brakes will be Sunday.
Just barely under 27 lbs.
I'm pretty happy with this build.
Pulled the stickers off the fork too. I didn't like the red.

Shock mod to bro my XC bike up a bit. Knocked the HT angle a degree slacker and dropped the BB 10mm.
