What have you done to your bike today?

Engage gravel mode.

Originally tried to get the 38c Gravel kings set up tubeless, but didn't trust it to stay on. So in go the tubes. Not 100% sure the bead set, going out at 60psi now.

I left a little something in there for Leo to notice.

My gravel kings seem to hold just fine, maybe the secret is not riding the bike?

Not sure what to comment on, the gigantic rear derailleur cable loop, backward Garmin mount or rear cantilever brakes and its sketchy setup...did I miss anything? Also, is the bike by any chance a Cannondale, I can't tell for sure...

I have the TRP to match the front sitting around - i guess it is on the list?
Don't go fast enough to have to worry about brakes anyway.

hmm - i didn't set up the rear derailleur. @xc62701 ??
it shifts fine.

that is a wahoo mount 😉 - it is setup properly.

sketchy? 38s on a 15mm rim? what could go wrong? There was no hook for the bead to catch - they aren't UST rims.

dunno. The seat? The stem? It's the stem, isn't it?

Incorrect tire installation? Doses it really matter on a rim brake, quick release fork? Not that it wouldn't bother me, but does it matter for normal people?

Yup. Put the tire on the wrong way and didn't feel like flipping it. Got it right on the back tho.

I don't usually get into 12th gear, but every time I do I get this skipping of the drive train,
I always have to drop to 11th gear to ride. Today it dawned on me! I know what it is!
My mechanic once explained to me why I should stick with a Sram chain on my Sram
drive system. Because 12th gear being so small they make the master link curved, so
it rides better over that small gear! Yup, you got it, last chain change I put the master link
on backwards, thus it couldn't ride smoothly. Change the link today and fixed the problem.

Being home bound I finally took the time to put back together the Fugitive. Got rid of the Stan’s Barons with Hope hubs and put back on the refreshed DT Swiss wheelset with a Cushcore in the rear, updated the cranks to 170 mm, the raised pedal stroke allowed for a longer travel dropper post, 200 mm from the original 175 mm. All thanks to special sales on Jenson (cranks) and Fox (dropper). Also got rid of the Formula speedlock that leaked from day one (great idea on paper, not so much once installed) only comfort being it leaked at the speedlock joint and not where I adapted the formula hose at the lever and the banjo at the caliper. Fully serviced the suspension bearings and completely replaced the linkage, got rid of the orange accents on the original linkage. Brand new X2 courtesy of Fox, as they now replace every 2021 unit sent to them for service, no question asked. Oh and orange bling from Fox on the 38…all these parts took months to accumulate while the bike was in pieces.
