What have you done to your bike today?

It's not the clutch . It slaps against b-tension adjuster . I modify the mounting bolt to have more resistance to make chain slap at least on par with cable versions

Something along these lines?

I've tried similar on a non-AXS derailleur and it did have a moderate effect.

I cleaned my drivetrain after my second ride this weekend. Normally I inspect after every ride, but failed to do so yesterday. Anyway, found this on my XTR cassette, went ahead and ordered an XT replacement. I've never seen anything like this before, wondering if I shouldn't make a warranty defect claim?

Probably. XTR falls under a 3-year warranty. As long as you (read: your shop) are confident that it wasn't abused into that state, they will 100% warranty that.
That cassette shows minimal sign of wear, with the edges of the teeth just starting to show sign of discoloration from rubbing against the chain. Also, the breaking points matching the riveting seems a pretty good telltale. Doesn't mean they will cover it but it seems to me you have a pretty strong argument there. Not sure how you would abuse your cassette into that.

Did you have something really hard, rock maybe, get between the chain and cassette? Note the condition of the tooth next to the broken tooth at the pin.

Kinda, but I don't like actually locking it In place , doing that def makes clutch wear out quicker . I just add a bunch of resistance to that pivot point .

That was my thinking as well. Despite the chain needing a proper degreasing, I'm pretty diligent about my upkeep.

Good point, but I honestly don't remember doing so. I did pick up the bottom of an old soda bottle the ride before, but that was on my tire.

You didn’t happen to loan your bike to 1speed, did ya?

Installed offset hardware. I was going to install one end, specifically the rear offset hardware. But I found out that there is not enough space between the Float X shock and the Rise's shock extender. So I ended up installing the offset hardware for the front. It probably works just fine with the Fox DPX2 rear.

would it have been possible to flip the shock?

It is the space between the shock and the extender. The rear offset hardware will close the gap shown below and the bolt will not line up. I can certainly force it, but it doesn't seem right.

(sorry bad photo) This is with the OEM hardware. The gap between the shock extender (black piece that looks like a turkey wish bone) and the end of the shock stanchion doesn't not provide enough space. The offset hardware will close that gap and make it impossible to line up the bolt, as the stanchion is butting up right to the shock extender.

Got some grease way down on my dropper and stopped a pretty loud consistent creaking noise.

Took apart an extremely squeaky c17 Brooks saddle... added Teflon tape & grease around the nose and rear. Rode the bike yesterday for about 5 miles and it's nice and quiet 🤫
is that just the plumber's variety of teflon?

Installed (lightly used) 160mm 5DEV cranks, twice. I didn't know that there was a left and right crank. Markings are the same, but pedal threads are different L/R (wasn't so obvious to me when installing). I only noticed when it came to attaching pedals. Had to disassemble and re-do.

5dev makes absolutely gorgeous stuff. I had my cranks on my Ripmo for a week before changing my element to 5dev as well.

The Sram chainring mount made it super easy to figure out drive side or not.
