What have you done to your bike today?

Worst pic ever, but Im barefoot and not stepping into my dirty garage.

The Boulder I brought back to life is the one being used as a makeshift clothesline for my wetsuit.

I freed up the stuck seatpost on that haro and will be cutting a bit off so I can fully slam it. Will also be fixing that rear flat tire I got this weekend on the fatbike.

The recent rainy days gave me time to show the Mukluk some love. It got a new pair of Deity compounds, and a set of XT brakes that I had just waiting for a home. The XO's that were on there, are getting swapped to my wife's old Yukon, along with the XO 9spd drivetrain that was previously on the Mukluk as well. Also did made some slight modifications to the extra OneUp chain guide that came with my FlareMax, so I could fit it to the front derailleur mount on my Knolly. After dropping a chain on the last time at Creek, despite the XT clutch derailleur, and narrow/wide chainring, I figured it would do more good on the Chilcotin, than sitting in my spares box.

Did you measure the axle to crown on it by any chance?

Let us know how it works - I'm always looking at good DJ forks.
Not a chance , its a 100mm travel same as the Manitou circus it replaced . Feels solid and still plush even with a ton of air and tokens

Those XT brakes are like Frank's Red Hot, I put that s**t on everything!

Thanks - nice to know it's solid and plush.

I'll have to see if there is a 80mm option on that Marz. That was the first thing I did with the Manitou Circus.

Accidentally turned it into the Ass Blaster 4000 on my ride today. Fortunately, was able to find all the pieces in spite of the leaves, was able to back out the sheared end of the seat bolt, and had enough left to reinstall and continue the ride. And didn't impale myself either so WINNING!

Just curious, any specific reason for the convoluted cable routing?
Yeah it looks odd but it’s not all one cable. The one cable coming out of the frame goes to my rear derailleur. The dropper cable slips into the frame on other side. If I reverse them then I’d have to reroute the housing at the front, which would get all screwy when turning the bars.

Stormy transformation into Touring Mode.

XX1 AXS kit from Stretchy, swapped Quarq Spider to the 170mm crank, dropout swap.

Came out pretty sweet. Super low MTB gearing with a 32x50 low end for extended climbing with a full load.
