i cleaned up a PSMO today - tenderloin on Sunday, Cheese steak on Wednesday, and the little side roast thing at some time in the future.
We get about 8 meals for the two of us. Having the neighbors over, so the tenderloin will get crushed!

The Dutch oven was a bit too large for the amount of dough.
Smells great tho. Pasta fagioli simmering on the cooktop.
