Wanted some New Your Strips. Sprung for these bad boys, but was rung up at a lower price when I cashed out. Didnt know Style had (2) L's.

So we are running with the local San Marzano tomatoes.
Alternating between making a simple sauce and oven roasting.
Not sure how long the season lasts, so as my boy used to say, we are riding it like a toilet seat.

Tonight was oven roasted, though there was also a pot of simple sauce cooking for a future date.

Yes! I started to make the meat well done on the iron skillet and no butter, I tried sunflower oil and the fries were air fry, marinated on olive oil with oregano and pepper

Well, I guess cooking steak to well done is one way to lose weight. I wouldn't want to eat it either.

A steak well done taste great when you do it right and you don't over cook it. My wife is Uruguayan and when I went to Uruguay I finally got to try the original Gaucho steak and beef ribs, now this people are the masters of steak and they make it well done, since it's like their religion. I am not a pro, I thought I was eating right and healthy but things got to change and I have try to make steak like Uruguayans do but I have failed, but I am happy on how this steak came out 🙂

Cooking a birfday lunch for Pops.
Not pictured was the app, pasta 2 ways: red sauce and pesto.

Mrs Manic tried a new recipe for flourless chocolate cake, this one with a chocolate ganache.

It was a brick of fudge with icing.
