It is Hericium erinaceus aka lion's mane. It's a bit old but inside should be all white. Very good edible.
The jelly fungus is Exidia recisa aka amber jelly roll. I like to use it in Asian style soups. The bottom one is too far gone to ID.
Never scene anything like this before, growing dead smack in the middle of the trail.

New sighting after a wildfire. From above they looked like chestnut boletes but yellow stems and pores and turn blue when broken in half = not edible
