refresh my memory. If I park at the boat ramp it starts out as hard pack through the woods then you hit the downhill switchbacks, across the field then its all rocks, correct?
I'll show you on Wednesday at 4 pm....Whats up
Check closely for ticks. I killed one that appeared on my arm driving home(i dont think he bit me), and Bill reported a bite.
Otherwise, good ride. I think the idea to do the lot to the trail closed sign is a good idea. That's probably close to 18 miles and involves some good climbs.
For anyone interested who saw earlier posts about trails being closed, the Cushetunk trail in question is closed Jan 1 to Aug 1. Right now it's open but it says to wear orange blaze except Sundays due to hunting.
I don't think I could handle 2-3 miles on Panaracers at 30 psi, but thanks. Not sure if this has been posted but you can do a 2-3 mile road ride which turns RV into one big loop rather than an out and back.
