USDA knows it as Taylor Pork Roll. Distinct in it's cloth bag packaging.

Jerry Hirschman say it Pork Roll so I will say it's Pork Roll. He's been in the meat for over 50 business cycles! Gotta go with a guy that has that kinda experience.

This. Mr Taylor had to change the name because, technically, its not ham.

You call qtips cotton swabs too? Both names are perfectly acceptable. Same with Taylor Ham vs Pork Roll. Taylor Ham was the original name until the FDA or whomever told him he couldn't call it Ham. Taylor ham is technically the original name of this product and perfectly acceptable.

People outside of the north east call sneakers tennis shoes and soda is refered to as pop. All just regional names for stuff.
