Most of the comments I saw on ovals was that you really don't notice the different when you get on itI just ordered up the 32T Absolute black oval, which one did you get? Really interested to see how it works out, also hoping it fits my chainstays
Not when you are talking about $4 wines.... lolIs this becoming the wine snob thread now?

Never had those fancy headsets/bearingsQuestion: What are the benefits of an upgraded head set?
I pulled mine apart because it was creaking and it was rusty in there! Some grease fixed it but it got me thinking I want to buy something now.
Never had those fancy headsets/bearings
With that said, I am of the opinion that as long as the handlebar turns smoothly... screw it
Had $40 CC and $15 FSA stuff... and I couldn't tell the difference.

@RobW - in general, there is a reluctance to hand JORBA money unless it is going to a specific project,
which is a problem, see below.
That is also why there are people that won't join.
i'm sure they can account for every dime that comes in and out (cause @clarkenstein),
but people want to know the direct benefit.
like the signs at 6MR, i'm sure with a little thought it could have been a 501(3)c deduction, but
you aren't allowed to direct-fund a single project through a non-profit (think about it, it makes sense)
With some wording, it could have gone to the 6MR chapter, cause you are allowed to fund that way)
if there is a public benefit project, there is probably a way to get it done -
--
in general, every shop, team, and mtb supplier benefits, so we want them all competing
for the best donation (in a value range of course) - so the donations are tax deductible to
the entity that provides them.
virtual tricky-tray too - i'm sure there is an app. for people that can't make it.
Speaking of UPS.... USPS is doing some shady shit.
On some of my amazon deliveries, they marked them down as "delivered" on their website and amazon but doesn't get actually delivered until the following day

How different are they?Chris King
How different are they?
Are they worth the price? Also... not understanding where they say they were built to last a lifetime but only offer 10yr warranty?
So everyone knows all 401c3 orgs financials are publicly available from the IRS. They post them.
That said, we have a great overhead ratio because NO ONE is paid a salary. The overhead we experience is typical things to keep the (very dim) lights on. We rent no offices etc so the money is literally going back into the tools and things needed to organize to build trails and educate.
I am taking the RDO to the grave with me! 😛does anyone keep a bike for 10 years?
