No, it was recommended that I have surgery to repair and clean the mess in my knee but I just deal. It isn't RA or anything just from having no cartilage for so long.do you take meds? I can't work with the nagging pain
What doctor did you go see? I been dealing with knee pain for awhile and been procrastinating seeing drNo, it was recommended that I have surgery to repair and clean the mess in my knee but I just deal. It isn't RA or anything just from having no cartilage for so long.
I drink in moderation natural cherry juice. Natural anti inflammatory. Have taken Advil maybe 3 times in the past decadeEat some berries everyday, I hear it does wonders

Classic mind over matter. Plus less sugar than cherry juice. ??"Healing back pain" by John Sarno. Essentially deals with all pain. Sits on my desk - gets reread all the time. No pain. Pain will go away as you read it.

liked for info but not the meds you takingTook Humira autoinjecter pen for about 6 months before deciding I didn't like sticking a needle into my flesh on my own. Switched to Orencia infusion 1x monthly, which worked well for about 4 years. I recently switched again to Actemra, also via infusion 1x month. Also Celobrex 2x daily, and methotrexate 1x weekly.
I've had it for probably 7+ years, but was only diagnosed about 5-6 years ago.
and soccer must be great for that knee....No, it was recommended that I have surgery to repair and clean the mess in my knee but I just deal. It isn't RA or anything just from having no cartilage for so long.

watch those knees, you only have one on each side, I'm really careful skiing and riding for that reason. I'd like do both till I can't walk no more

It did happen to me a couple of times in Clifton and one in Ringwood (even though the one in ringwood got delivered to Cupsaw drive instead of Cupsaw Ave, it’s the next road, I guess they had a really limited range of names).Speaking of UPS.... USPS is doing some shady shit.
On some of my amazon deliveries, they marked them down as "delivered" on their website and amazon but doesn't get actually delivered until the following day
How's the bike? Yes, we will bug you non stop. Will it be ready this week end? Where you planning to ride? How long are you planning to ride? What if it rains? Is it available for demos? Are you planning to ride it hard from the start or a slow break-in? Can we put stickers on it like Paul's city bike when we see it?It did happen to me a couple of times in Clifton and one in Ringwood (even though the one in ringwood got delivered to Cupsaw drive instead of Cupsaw Ave, it’s the next road, I guess they had a really limited range of names).
