Been on the down low with the flu since NYE, but finally getting back on wheels.

Shut off strava to walk down the icy driveway, never turnt it back on.
I was out for at least an hour, but whatever. I'm in for the motivation, points can't help me now.

Took Fat Elvis to the local with @soundz, but not early enough to get an hour before the thaw. Returned home and hopped on the SS to clear an hour. It's still 32x21 from SSAP. Was hamsterin'.

1:32 - A solid ride before work today. Was able to get out of the house by 5:30am, the bike felt quick and the legs responded well to resistance. The ride started out slow, it seems it takes me a good 30-45 minutes to wake up when riding at this time of the day. Once I woke up, everything felt quick and smooth and the avg mph slowly ticked up.

The roads were very dark today and about half way through the ride on some very quiet roads, I had to set my light to the brightest setting to make sure I didn't get swallowed up by potholes. Lots of dark spots on the roads and I couldn't tell if they were potholes or wet spots. Made for a tricky ride.

No pics today, didn't stop because I was pressed for time and I wanted to get in a solid 1.5 hour ride
 
No rides since 1/12. I did "ski" for 3 consecutive days... Two at Shawnee which was about as busy as I've ever seen and yesterday at Mt Creek which was pretty decent minus the god damn amount of empty bottles and cans littered all over the place. Not just at the lift can drops but EVERYWHERE!!! We're doomed for sure.

I need new googles!
