ISO Retail Space in Morristown

I'm looking at Madison when we downsize, how's the overall town financial history

You didn't ask me, but I work with the Madison government, and while I'm not looking at their books, they seem pretty good with how they spend money. They seem way more on the ball than 90% of the municipalities I work with.

Most of the people I work with are surprisingly competent which means they're not wasting money because they are idiots doing things the wrong way.

What do you mean by "town financial history"? I've been here almost 9 years and love it. It's definitely a family-oriented town for the most part, but i could see living walking distance to "downtown" being a good option for an empty nester/retiree. Kinda the easternmost town in Morris county so you get the NYC proximity but with more reasonable taxes than Essex/Union. One of the perks too is we have our own water/electric utility so problems get resolved quickly.
