As the title says...
I do have 3 real estate agents working for me but none of them is able to get me results. Wondering if there is anyone here or know of one in Morristown who has the ins and outs and can help.

Much thanks in advance

You can't just jump in and ask this question without saying WHY you want retail space in Morristown.

You looking to open a Taco spot? What type of space?

Restaurant... 1500 to 2000 sqft
Good luck. Did you try contacting the building owners? Available spots are probably those on S. Park & Speedwell along with the unused space on Bank St and the new buildings where the stip mall used to be. All of those spots have the contacts pretty clear on the buildings.

That whole S. Park section has a ton of space but you gotta work with the family that owns that whole block. Realistic long term spots are all the new construction spots. Valley National building, N Park building that has Starbucks that has the empty space where Carlo's used to be, new building on Market near the Mission, "M" station where the strip mall used to be, etc.

Did you talk to commercial real estate agents? You may want to grab someone who's very familiar with the Morristown market and knows the players.

Downtown Morristown isn't huge. Have you walked around to gauge availability? Are you looking mostly for foot traffic?

Change your location, look in hackettstown. Growing rapidly and available space. Busy main Street.

Are you looking for an established liquor license. Food game in town is on point. 2 breweries and it's a college town. As I mentioned the town is growing monthly. Lots of construction going on.
Bonus there’s also a bike shop in Htown 🤪

It will be mostly delivery and pick up.... but foot traffic always helps. I think the demographcis is key.

I am going to need to check the place out.
Thank you for the recommend... any particular cross streets I should look at?

Im one town over in Mount olive but I know the area well and I do road rides through town all the time. Id check these two sections of town but maybe @mattybfat can also chime in:

- This section of 46 is Main street between Willow Grove road and the train tracks- typical small shops, stores and street parking. This to me is the main part of town with a lot of foot traffic during the day and weekends especially when the weather is nice. There are some municipal parking lots that make it pretty convenient to park and walk a few blocks. But if youre aiming for take out and delivery this may not be ideal, though the fact that Centenary College is a few blocks away within walking distance may make this less of an issue.

Just opposite this section the other direction is Mountain Ave between Willow Grove and Route 57 where you have some smaller shopping centers with storefont shops (like Philly Pretzels) and also the bigger shopping centers like where lowes is. This could be a better option for take out and delivery type spot with better parking but less foot traffic since its mostly small/med /large shopping centers

I am the only one curious to know more specifics about the restaurant? Korean deli? Italian? Sushi? What's up?
