Irene. Worst ever?

Well, Floyd brought 15 inches of rain to Ringwood, 100+ blow downed trees on the racecourse, washed out fire roads, race canceled the next week with no internet for over a week. People actually showed up at the race pissed. Once they attempted to ride in the woods, they eased up a bit. RVCC was working for years to clean up. I hope it's not that bad this time.

From what I remember, Floyd was a dot on the radar compared to Irene. Although I remember Bound Brook and Manville being under water for weeks after.

I have the last quart of milk available in Bergen County in my fridge.
It's 1% and barely opened.
Let's start the bidding at $20.

Was at the wawa in smithville last night, and it seems a lot of people seems to have the wrong proportions for their emergency french toast. All the bread was gone, but they still had a ton of milk, and the eggs appeared untouched. that stuffs going be really dry. Hopefully the stocked up on the syrup.🙂

I call bs, there are no Wawas down south

Actually there are a ton. Doesn't seem like they're allowed to space them more than 5 mile apart down here. I can think of at least 4 in that 10 mile area, and another 3 in the tuckerton/little egg harbor area.

I still call bs, the only Wawa in NJ is in Sayreville.

WAWA is the devil!!! They kill all the Mom and Pop stores, you ever get one of their $5.00🙄 slice of pork roll and cheese sandwiches? How about their oily coffee...blah. Just my opinion, but I am not a Wawa fan.

Take great care bro

Cub and Kim going west of the tracks, im still unbolting equipment and deciding what will be donated to the sea. My bikes are safe, all my tools and other sh1t will be left behind once I feel its a real threat.

The good news in my agent called and said I have 88k in flood, that should cover the 1st 10 roll-offs and a machine for a day. Im kinda regreting that one. The policy renews annually based on the mortgage pay-off. Yea, Im a fvcking moron.

Next is a 3-phase pump, in the rain, it weighs more than me, and Im here alone. Yippy!!!

Flyimmiking in Hunterdon?

Hunterdon county is only supposed to be a tropical storm with 40-50mph winds (70mph gusts) and not actual 'hurricane' conditions, so I'm planning on riding tomorrow. I’m inventing a new sport actually. I weigh less than 110 lbs., so if I attach a parachute to my camelbak or the back of the bike I’m sure to fly - so it will sorta be like swimming, flying, and cycling/biking all at the same time: “Swflyling!?” (or Flyimmiking?)

Hit me up if you want to join me. And bring a GPS so we know where we are.

LOL!!!!!!!!!!! :hysterica

Dude this storm is wicked! What a rush and this isn't even a tast of what florida gets beat with every year!
I bet the trails will be shot for weeks to months! Bummer..... : (
