Crisp fall mornings, that require a hoodie
Crisp apples, picked right off the tree
Crisp leaves under my feet when I run

I don't want.....

Any more humidity...
Sweat pooling in my shoes when I run
Greenheads biting me in the woods.....

Can you tell I am a winter girl🙄
 
The trees are loosing leaves to conserve water because it has been so hot and dry (well until this past week). I had to pull ot the leaf blower to clear the back patio. Fortunately with 3 1/2 inches we got Tues/Wed the falling has stopped.
 
Tired of sweating:cry:
Tired of heat
Worn out with the deer flies
biting my meat 🙁
Give me Sept,Oct, and then...
We all will be happilly riding again 😛
 
boo hiss to the mosquitoes and gnats that swarm around my face (I feel like PigPen from the Peanuts :cry🙂 and sliding off the sweaty rocks 😡...can't wait for the cool crisp smell of fall.
 
I agree. And the flies! I got bit on Saturday and had a welt the size of a half dollar on my calf! :cry: can't wait for the fall and warm apple cider and the leaves changing colors.
 
Dang flies, I swear they wait on hills and as soon as you slow down they start biting! Vicious little things.

However, my tomato garden is loving the heat and there is nothing like a NJ tomato, picked from the vine eaten while it is still warm. I'll be dreaming of it in January!
 
This has been a ruff summer.
I HHH this summer is ruff and the bugs suck, but it is great pool weather.
Beach, water parks. And BBQ time as well... Fall is really nice thought!😉

Everybody is allowe to feel sorry for themselves for a littl bit. Just don't get used to it 😛

I'm sending healing vibes your way. I have to agree, being injured SUCKS big time.

I love summer, my favorite time of the year. It was 96 today and my son and I went out at 2 pm on a several hour ride. As long as you pick a ride with lots of shade and keep moving the heat and bugs won't bother you.
Swamp ass? You are wearing the wrong shorts.

How'd you bust the foot RRG?
