Thanks so much! But I'm going to use this weekend to store up some good kharma at home since I'll be away for several weekends over the next two months. (Besides, heading to Jersey Sunday morning anyway.) Hope all goes well with the race and tell the Cat 1 SSers that unfortunately at least one less person will be behind them on Saturday.

i go back and forth between open and age group for MTB races. i'm not going to be anywhere near the front of the Open race, but i like that it's a bigger field and i can race friends
 
Fast course today, lost the lead pack while a few of us were behind 2 of the 2 15-19 yr olds. Ended up chatting with @Po123 for a while. For most of the race it was him and I. Finished 9th with a fire road spot bleed- #roadiesgotpower

Hey double d... Any chance on the cat 3 40-49.. Lol i also had to roll out early as well... Good times today, 3rd ride this year and back racing... Course was fun for a first timer

Here's the cat2 SS results. pretty happy with how I felt today. Not happy that one of the geared guys took me out halfway through lap 2 trying to pass me. Still don't know why he had to try and pass so close when those trails were 12ft wide...or at least call it out. whatever...

Anyway...it was great to see some familiar faces!

Fun and fast course.

I questioned the SS results, but I'm not racing the H2H series, so no big deal. I passed L. Etgen towards the end of lap 2. Saw him cross the finish line after I was done, and he mentioned that he figured he was 7th.

Yea, some chipped timing (or more marshals at the finish line) could help sort things out in those situations. I didn't watch anyone else finish so I was no help in sorting it out for you guys either lol
 
did anyone happen to take a pic of the rest of the cat2 results pages? we left shortly after i finished so im not sure how I finished
