Gotta stop eating the bird feed

I went pretty heavy yesterday with an Impossible Whopper meal and then Beyond Burgers for dinner. Plus I had 4 protein bars before/during my ride and still came up 1,400 calories short. It's basically impossible to eat enough to not trigger the app. It doesn't add in today, where I finish making up those calories so the weekend is correct. It's one of the only things I don't like about MFP. Do any of them track over multiple days? As an Endurance Athlete I usually overeat the day before and after an event and come up horribly short the day of. During Iron Cross I ate 2 Skratch bars in 5 hours. MetRX for breakfast and the free pizza afterwards. Basically came up over 3k calories under day of.

As broke as they are they prolly wish there was no residue. They are counting pennies.

And on the calories, those are measured in a lab kitchen under strict control (all equipment calibrated). So yeah you’re absolutely spot on about real world numbers being off.

i'm assuming the calories are under-reported ?

It’s third party tested in a test kitchen. So if the sandwich is built correctly I would imagine they are pretty close. But there’s no way they can factor in real world scenarios. I’ll give just one example...

An uncalibrated or worn out sauce gun that shoots out a serving and a half.

And predicated on the owners cash. Burger King is is watching every line. They’ve been chiseled down to a company who is about saving not building
