@stb222 So I George Foreman'd some Beyond Meat burgers yesterday. My fiance said they don't taste like anything, I thought they were awesome. More bean-y than impossible I thought. Not sure how I feel about $8 for two patties though. Make it 4 patties and I'm in.

They're $6 for 2 at the Stop N' Shop behind my house. It's a bit much as 1 isn't really enough on it's own and we have 2 growing boys and an Endurance Athlete in the house. But we still buy a pile of them a week because it's so worth it.

I never tried with Di2. It just takes the data from Garmin so it might be compatible.

The final tension on these is done after the tire install. The rim is so light they don't hold round on their own.

How wide are those tires on those rims? I know the stated size but each tire rim combo produces it’s own volume numbers.

I will measure, but it's a tad narrower than the 105mm Nexties. With the Nexties I have to deflate the tire for it to fit in the trying stand. This setup fits but rubs on the bolts.
