Yep, no rain as of 10pm. Place is so dry that it should be fine regardless of what we get overnight.
Totally agree. I don't think I've seen it this dry.Yep, no rain as of 10pm. Place is so dry that it should be fine regardless of what we get overnight.
Thank you! Did you go on the blue? That’s usually the worst when it gets rainI was there this morning. It wasn't bad. Not really muddy at all. There were maybe one or two moist spots, but nothing horrible.
Thanks! I am definitely doing the entire park thenWe did most of blue, but not the lowest trail, which is always wet. When I got to the far side, I went back up the hill on the crossover trail to avoid the lower blue. This is where I went: https://strava.app.link/DPW15GA4Y7
Not as bad as you think. In May CR is a swamp due to water table bubbling up. July the ground sets up like a rock and sheds water. Give it a day or two and it will be fine. Now all will be ruined tomorrow.
Give it a shot and report back .Anyone been out there today? It’s been so dry I’m hoping it all ran off or got absorbed like pooriggy mentioned.
I’m here now. You wouldn’t even know it rained shockingly. GREEN LIGHT TO GO (I haven’t hit lower blue intentionally but everywhere else is dry).Give it a shot and report back .
How much rain did c rock get? Had 3 inches in my rain gauge here in Freehold.
