It was a quiet work afternoon and I was looking out the window at the blah wet day outside and couldn’t find the motivation to get dressed for the weather and do a wet road ride. Basement spin and another episode of Vikings.

With wind out of the NNE, I took the hide in the hills up and river route on the way back option. I am not sure I had a full tail wind on the way back but it was largely a free ride. As expected, there was tons of water moving in the river and small streams.

I woke up this morning and looked at the clock. The clock next to the bed said 4 o’clock and I thought last call for a BIYF ride before the 5:37am equinox. I went back to sleep.

I didn’t realize we were counting rides for today until logging on now. I would have done a longer ride today. Anyway this is probably my last biyf ride. Spring skiing blue tomorrow morning with the kids.
