I've been meaning to ask you what's on the back of your helmet. Is that an Angi sensor?3 + Da Snow = 4.
1/2 day at work so I miss the dark point today. Kinda slushy out on the way home anyways...

Let the good times roll. Looks like you have the traditional King Cake. One thing I don’t miss is the plastic baby hidden in the cake.1/18

Fat Bike on Dark Country Road with Big Boy Lights on Dirt Bike Helmet.
Salt Truck stopped salting as it passed me today, unlike last week, when I was pelted by salt 2 times during same ride.
Eating Mardi Gras food tonight, 2 days late as UPS lost my 1st Sandwich and King Cake.

Bob ride day, and with the wind and limited time, back to Manasota key for the 3rd time this week. And for the third time this week, uninvited drafters. What's the deal with these people? at least announce you are going to draft - today Bob and I were about 5 miles down into the wind when 2 guys latched on. At least one guy took the lead for about a half a mile, then they died and dropped off. Big surf today from the S wind

Lol, how many times has this worked in the real world?force participation - up the wattage in the front, pull 30 seconds, wave next person through, repeat.
Sitting up front, invites them to sit in. but i agree, a quick ask can't hurt.
if you want to shake them, use a cross wind leg, they lose their advantage.

Remember Rick, they help push you if they are close on your wheel...the “air bubble effect”.
Sure, it polite to ask but if it really bothers you, you just swing way to one side and slow up. you can do the elbow flick thing but they will get the picture if they aren’t oblivious. If they stick to your wheel, then you either just let them be or try and drop them. If you can’t drop them you swing out and slow waaaay down and they will go around. Blowing a snot rock helps with deterring them too.
You can also do things like mess with them and keep pulling alittle to the side so they catch the head wind.
usually if you pass someone and they jump on, you are stronger than them and they will try and hang on for a bit but eventually they explode. Most people out there have zero idea how to pace themselves (which is likely what happened when the guy pulled and popped).
when I caught the lady from monday,

May I suggest switching to a steady diet of garlic and broccoli (as deterrent) and beans (for propulsion of said deterrent toward the drafters)? The air bubble should do the rest...2/19
