We should definitely allow indoor riding this year. In fact, indoor rides should count for double points, because riding indoors sucks way more than riding outdoors. Running should also count, whether it's real running or fake running, because all running sucks. You definitely shouldn't count the climbing gym or XC skiing though, since those are super awesome and fun activities. Rick should totally be allowed to participate, because riding on flat roads is just mind numbing to even think about, no matter how nice the weather is. And everyone should get a blue ribbon.
