Anybody else see Batman at Chimney Rock?

I was at cr today and could not believe my eyes when Batman rode right past. He was without cape but wearing super hero helmet.

I saw some dude dressed as Batman on a bike decked out like a Batmobile once. I can't remember if I saw him in NYC or Hoboken, but it wasn't Halloween :hmmm:
