Frank was the 1st person to say "come ride with us" to me back in 2008 when I didn't know anyone.

I met most of you assholes because of Frank and the Tuesday Night Allaire beginner rides. Then one day I showed up on my cyclocross bike to one of the rides and he almost choke slammed me.
