@clarkenstein is tracking it on the spreadsheet. Posting a picture saves him the trouble of searching the JORBA database for your membership info. He wants to ride too! 😊Why does everyone keep posting their jorba membership cards.... Should I find and post mine too?
Don't ride in the Rain!Wow, talk about timing! I made it to the airfield on my way out as the clouds were looming. I wanted to do more but I didn’t ride very far in the rain @Mitch !!!!

…and yes, I was being silly.
I hear that place is no joke. I have a friend who lives in the area and told me about it. Kudos!!!!2/20.
Fredrick Watershed. This was a bit of a last-minute decision when some of my DC friends started making plans Friday morning. My original plan was to do a long road ride. Instead, I did a 3-hour suffer-fest where I ran out of water and ran out of energy. When packing, I had delusions of staying in DC and going to Bryce on Sunday, but after I finished the ride, I knew that plan wasn't happening.
Unfortunately, a side effect of nearly killing myself is I didn't get any interesting pictures. Just didn't have the energy to get the phone out.

Frack, that hurt...
One pre-start picture, before I knew what I was in for...

After the ride we hung out in the lot nursing our aching legs for about 30 minutes before the skies opened up.
I renewed my Jorba membership a couple of weeks ago. Honestly, I don't remember getting a card.
Didn’t think of that. Sorry @clarkenstein@clarkenstein is tracking it on the spreadsheet. Posting a picture saves him the trouble of searching the JORBA database for your membership info. He wants to ride too! 😊
Most of my teammates are in the DC area, so they ride there a lot. I try to get down there every couple of months or so. Some of the trails are brutally technical. Rock gardens for days... The Strava miles and elevation gain shown belie how physical it can be to ride there.I hear that place is no joke. I have a friend who lives in the area and told me about it. Kudos!!!!
