Lost a bunch of knee skin last week from a fall. Looking for recommendations for knee pads that wont slip (sweaty dude) and aren't to bulky as I mostly ride XC trails (Allaire, clayton, 6 Mile)

I think I actually got it figured out. thanks responding.

I was trying to service my Rockshox Monarch R rear shock and dropped 3 of the shims and I don't know the order to reinstall. Anyone know where I can find the proper order of the shims? The only shim guide i could find is is for SIDluxe, Deluxe, superdeluxe

Hey, i ride there most days either at around 6:30 am and or 4:30 pm

Still nursing an injury but should be good for the next TM day

got a chance to ride this trail, and it is awesome! Great flow, really good trail design. cant wait to ride it again as it starts to pack down and firm up
