Rockshox monarch shim stack?

I was trying to service my Rockshox Monarch R rear shock and dropped 3 of the shims and I don't know the order to reinstall.

Anyone know where I can find the proper order of the shims? The only shim guide i could find is is for SIDluxe, Deluxe, superdeluxe

Is your caliper accurate enough to measure? If there same size it won't mater .

Can't use a [vernier] caliper to measure shims. You need a micrometer.
