Ask him when his next race is.
I understand why someone who does not race would ask this. Some of these parks provide tons of tech but not enough cardio pace that their coaches require.
I never had a Coach ;*) (couch) so it never mattered much to me but Mike has to keep a pace and heart rate going for a certain amount of time and maybe you don't get that at SL?

Have room for fun but it's Nica practices on tues / thurs, little league games on Wed and Sat and a Nica group ride or race either sat or sun...
Training for racing is done before work
So it leaves very little free time at the moment
And how much you betting???
