No, they only cancel if 7.5" is predicted but you can get your money back if you purchased snow insurance.

Registration closes at 5pm today. I’m on the fence about it too. If we get as much snow as they are forecasting, I don’t see it happening. I’ll probably my make a decision at 4:58pm.
