I think I've got 9 (maybe 9.5 ...), but whatever it is, it's about to be n+1. Just ordered a Moots Routt RSL this weekend. I had a series of mini-strokes after handing over the down payment. But this is supposed to be a quiver-killer* - it will be kind of an all-purpose bike. It fits up to 40 mm tires, and I'll have two wheelsets to swap between road and multi-surface (had a set of Iron Cross wheels I won a few years ago at ... well, Iron Cross ... so those will be my road wheels. Going with I9 carbon hoops for the multi-surface wheels.)

* it won't be a quiver-killer, will it?

I've given up on the "quiver killer" idea. I just like too many different types of riding. I think the closest I have is the Megatower since with a more XC-oriented wheelset and tires, it could be a decent trail bike. That said, I was much happier to be on the shorter travel and more maneuverable Primer when I rode at Wayway on Friday, where it can be tough to get moving fast enough to allow all of that suspension to work for you instead of against you. The Grade should eventually cover most road/gravel/light-XC needs, but one obviously wouldn't want to ride something like that at a bike park.

I usually just have 1 road bike and 1 MTB.
- 2009 Trek Madone 5.2
- 2011 Specialized Epic Comp

Epic shock had a catastrophic failure last February, but i've been working out of state for over a year, and haven't had much time to ride.

The only mtb I own is a 1993 KHS Montana comp rigid 26'er.

I demo'ed a few bikes and plan to buy a new MTB by February.

2019 Ghost 29er hardtail. Bought it for my son but I’m the only one who uses it.
2016(I think) Kona Dew. Bought it for my wife but she rode it like 3 times; otherwise, I’m the one that rode it. Now it’s on the trainer and my kids use it but I can pull it off if I have to. But why?
All of the bikes get used regularly.

So I went out to count bikes, I have 5 I can jump right on, 4 that just need a pedal swap3 that need air in tires, 2 in the middle of rebuild the I saw the clown bike forgot about that one, if I go to south Jersey there's 5 good to go there, my barn I lost count.......I need help

The kids use the bike and treadmill. I only ride outside. BIYF 2019-2020 coming up.
