I've been happy with the Shredda Front and Shredda Rear in Ultra Soft compounds. I run pressures somewhere in the mid-20s, which seems to work for my weight (~195 in kit with a pack) and rim profiles (F: Reserve 30HD; R: Reserve DH). No inserts and no flats so far despite numerous audible rim-strikes when riding. I should check pressures more often, but it's just not a habit I've been able to get into.
What has really impressed me is the wear. I've been running these for over a year on the Heckler and while the knobs are rounded a bit, they still look like they have plenty of life left. They've definitely worn a lot better than other Schwalbe tires I've had over the years.
The biggest down-side to the Schwalbe Radials is they are heavy AF, which likely limits use to e-bikes or pure gravity rigs. I don't know if I'd want to pedal them up a climb without motor assist - at least not at my current fitness level...
